I ordered this beanie when it was extremely cold here in Chicago and didn't regret. It has three modes. I kept it on medium/white light mode, and it lasted longer than 6 hours. I also used it on high/red one for my hair oil treatment and it took 4 hours to completely drain the battery. But there is one moment you might notice. When you initially turn it on high/red, it will automatically switch to medium/white (i guess to preserve the battery life). So, if you need it on high level, just pay attention and switch back to red (or whatever you need). I LOVE how it looks! It has a cool, fancy and elegant look. It fits even me-i have very small face. I ordered a couple of them from amazon, and they were ugly, i felt like i had a bucket on my head. There is one thing i would like to be improved. It takes a while to fully charge the battery. I am not sure but i think more than 6 hours. It is not an issue for me because I received two batteries, which is very convenient!!!! Almost forgot... I placed my order and received it next day. Great hat! I am very happy with this purchase. Heats up fast. The Knit is very nice as well.

The heated hat was ok. My head isn't very big and it was a little tight. I didn't care for the bulky battery. If you use a flat battery for the hat and the gloves it wouldn't feel so bulky. The hat wasn't as warm as I thought it would be.

Did not meet my expectations for the heating levels. I requested a return today because it isn’t effective for the climate in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Perhaps this one hat is defective? Not sure.

I'm now a beanie snob - the fleece lining and the HEAT have forever ruined regular beanies for me. I feel like this hat is a gateway drug to a heated clothing addiction...
