    Returns & Exchange Policy

    Returns and Exchanges - Domestic

     We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.  Any manufacturing defects will be exchanged free of charge with shipping labels provided. If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving to inform us of the issue and receive your replacement.  FNDN reserves the right to replace the item for a similar item of equal or greater value.

    FNDN allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. Returns can only be accepted on purchases from  Items must be returned in the condition they were sent. 

    How do I return or exchange?

    • Enter your order number and email address
    • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
    • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

    Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. We will not begin processing the refund until the product has arrived. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

    Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

    What items are non-returnable?

    Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.  Items that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted.  Items that smell like smoke, cologne, perfume or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.  If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.  FNDN is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

    If FNDN determines that any products are not in original condition, missing any components or destroyed packaging, a refund or exchange will not be granted, and the items will be returned to you

    All Items listed below are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

    • All items in our Final Sale / Outlet or in our website SALE category
    • Items purchased with a promo code greater that 20%
    • International orders are not able to be exchanged
    • Face masks or face coverings
    • Underwear
    • Socks
    • Lip Therapy



    Returns and exchanges - International

    • FNDN cannot process returns for customers residing outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.
    • To initiate a return for a defective item, please email to request a return authorization.
    • International orders are not eligible for exchange.

    Lost Packages

    All shipments will get a tracking number emailed upon fulfillment.  If you cannot locate your package, you will need to contact FEDEX/USPS/UPS to initiate a lost package claim.  Carrier Contact Numbers: USPS: 1-800-275-8777 FEDEX: 1 (800) 463-3339 UPS: 1 (800) 742-5877

    FNDN is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

    Wrong Address Disclaimer:

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small-time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

    Refused Shipments:

    Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.

    Note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day or in the same package. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided with an approximate date of shipment.

    Any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order.
