I enjoy everything about the jacket. The handcuffs are a great feature that I never saw when looking at other brands.

The jacket is terrific! Very comfortable to wear - I don't even notice the battery pack. Not only is the battery light, the storage of the battery was well thought out and does not interfere with sitting. I'm very happy with this purchase - highly recommend!

Finally received my jacket. Had to send it back for larger size then there was a shipping problem, not FNDN's fault. Jacket heats up quickly. A little snug fitting but comfortable. Great look jacket. Hard to wear a bulky sweatshirt under it but not needed. Jacket is warm even without the heat on. My wife and I walk every night, even in 20°F temperatures, never get cold, toasty warm. Looking forward to testing in ice fishing. So far great jacket. Wish the hand warmers were a little warmer as well as the back area. Front gets quite warm. Very happy with the jacket, will be buying on for my wife for her birthday.

Originally purchased an XL so it would zip up over my chest. Jacket was too big and contacted CS for an exchange. They responded in an appropriate amount of time and had no problem exchanging my jacket for a L. I did have to pay for the shipping to return the XL my self. My L jacket was sent back 6 days later and I was pleased with that. Jacket could be a little warmer to me. I can definitely feel the heat in the hands. Doesn't feel like the jacket gets as warm as I would like it too even on the high setting. Battery pack is lasting at least a day, even after charging it all night. Will not last a second day with out an over night charge though. Sleeves on me are too long even after exchanging it for a smaller size cause I have tiny T-Rex arms apparently. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

So far it been a great jacket outside of two things , one: the chest pocket zipper. It was fine the first two days then when I was trying to zip it close it popped off the track. Two: the portable battery compatibility. This is one of the main reason why I wanted this jacket because not all of them on the market have that versatility and for this not to work I was disappointed to say the least. As I am a New York messenger I work in all weather conditions and that something I would need.

I choose this over ravean heated down jacket because of the hand warming function, the batteries suprising durable, only complain is the light on my chest stands out so much I get everyones attention walking into shop... Also would be nice to have the battery store on the inside of the jacket instead of outside. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase and will recommend to my friends and family

Well, this is my second purchase with the heated gear. Works great. Woody from nyc

Warmest jacket
The heating mechanism is very nice, love the pre-heat when turning on, makes the jacket warm already in a matter of a minute before heading out. The jacket size runs a size bigger than my usual size, I'm 6'1 185 LBS and I usually preferred slimmer fit so my usual size is medium, checking the measurements and bought the small and it fits perfectly, I would think the medium might be too baggy due to I still have little room in a small.
The only complain is the light on the chest once it's turned on, I'd walk in a shop and gets everyone attention that my jacket has light on... I'd preferred the light on inside the jacket like some brands.
Overall it's a good buy and it keep me warm in the low 40's with just T-shirt inside, might require some layer when it gets colder but still less layers than wearing regular jacket.

Great product
I’ve been looking for a heated jacket for some time now. Finally found one that looks and works great. Once I hit the one button bye bye chills. Only wish the battery compartment was more discrete, I’ve had people stop me at San Francisco’s pier 39 to ask what the bulge was, a few felt the same as I do, but everyone loved the fact that it is heated!!! Also wish they came is kids sizes too!!! So my girls will stop stealing mine!!!!

Heated hands?!? WHAT?
I really like the material of this shell jacket. I didn't want one of those super stff and bulky heating-pad-like contraptions that I've gotten before when I tried to order heated clothing. This isn't like that at all! You can barely even notice the battery packs, and the soft shell is very comfortable. Nice!

Love this!
I'm one of those girls who is always SUPER cold for like no reason at all. In the winter I put the shell over top of a hoodie or a sweater or something and turn the heat on, and I'm like a little baby swaddling myself in a blanket all day. Sounds silly but seriously it feels soooo good.

Whatever polartech-lined means? haha
This jacket is great even without the heaters. Whatever polartech-lined means, i think theyre talking about the quality of the inside... And then there's three levels of heat on top of that crazy inside. I was going to buy just the jacket with the heated cuffs, but I decided to get the vest in addition because I wanted the neck heating pads and my bulky arms to be free.

Will you please make an xtra small!?!?
This is the first heated garment I have ever bought, but it has the feel of being very high-quality, which i was pretty surprised since most other heated brands my friends have purchased are total crap. Good stitching, seams, and zipper. I can tell they took the time to make this. The heater pads are great – I stay warm for my whole commute every day. No complaints here at all besides ladies colors and smaller sizes since I am 5ft 1in. Tiny people need love too!

My girlfriends and I have a hiking group. We had a gift exchange this year for Christmas, except we all bought each other heated clothes and other hiking gadgets. This coat was my gift. I LOVE IT.
I can keep hands warm, my phone charged, and my back comfy and cozy!
Only thing is that I wish they had an xs size for my niece since she always finds her way to try and be with us outdoors

Sweet, stylish, superb quality
I've never been much of an outdoor person, I have to admit. I don't know how useful this review will be to all you skiers and snowmobilers and such, but for other regular old folks out there who just hate the cold, this coat is what you're looking for. You can adjust the back, chest, and sleeve heaters to all sorts of different heat settings, so if you get a chill across your back for example, you can fix it immediately!
The heaters aren't noticeable either, so you don't look like you're wearing some techno-contraption. I haven't told anyone this jacket is heated, so my friends are now very impressed at how cold-resistant I am! My little secret.

My wash test has been proven + light enough without heat setting
If I could throw it in the washer and dryer without thinking about it, this jacket would be absolutely perfect. I'm the type of person who will probably forget to take the batteries out one day before washing it, but until they make washable lithium-ion batteries, I'll have to make do, lol. Really though, this is the only coat I wear to work nowadays. Obviously it's intended for cold days, because of the built-in heaters, but if I get caught in a heat wave, which happens sometimes, the shell is actually breathable enough that I'm still comfortable.

My winters will never be the same
The pre-heat setting is kind of a funny feature. Makes me feel like I'm pre-heating an oven, but I use it all the time before I put the coat on. Once it's up to baking temperature (haha) I put the coat on and it's pretty much heaven.

My gift shopping is complete - thank god for this jacket!
This coat was a gift from my mom. I go hunting with my dad a few times a year, and he has one of these that he never goes without. We use the tactical pocket to store our pocket knives, and I frequently use the USB charger to keep my GPS up and running while we're in the woods.
I appreciate the heated cuffs. That's a really thoughtful feature. My dad hates wearing gloves while he's hunting. He'd never complain about the cold, but I noticed he never turns the cuff heaters off, so I know he appreciates them too. Then when we stop moving and set up camp for a while, we turn up the chest and back heaters and it's like relaxing in a hot blanket. Very nice after a hard day out in the cold.
My dad keeps his keys on a carabiner that he velcroes to the sleeve so he never loses them. Perfect!

I'm a pretty skinny guy, so I assumed the battery packs and heating elements would be huge and bulky, like a skeleton carrying rocks in his pockets. Not so! This jacket isn't nearly as bulky as I had expected. My phone charging in the pocket is really the bulkiest thing about it.

FNDN is on top of their game this season (Attention all bikers)
I'm a biker, and I hate being cold. Hard to reconcile those things, living in Montana.
This is the best heated jacket I've ever owned. I've tried a few. This one is much higher quality than other brands.
I tuck the heated cuffs into my motorcycle gloves, turn the chest and back zones up to max level, and I can ride for several hours with no problem at all. I am careful to zip the shell up so th battery packs don't catch the wind and beat me senseless, but it hasn't been a problem yet. The shell is very windproof, which is a must for me.

Very nice
At this time last year, my kids were telling me I was getting too old to keep going for walks by myself. “Mom, you'll fall and freeze to death in a ditch,” was what my daughter told me. So, ever the ornery granny, I ordered myself one of these jackets and an emergency cell phone to call for help. There will be no freezing to death in a ditch on my watch!
Even better, when I inevitably forget to charge the cell phone, I can use the USB charger in the jacket to charge it while I'm walking.

I'm an outreach hiring manager for underprivileged workers in poor communities. Many of the jobs they perform are hard labor in all elements, all year-round. I provide all my new hires with these jackets on day one. We make personalized name badges that we can velcro to the customizable arm patch.

BEST weekend camping
My wife and I both have one of these for our weekend camping trips. She sleeps in hers sometimes, and the battery lasts all night! I run my own sales business and have to stay available to take calls from clients, even when I'm sleeping under the stars, so I am very grateful for the ability to charge my phone using this jacket's battery pack. With the combination of this and my old battery backup brick, I can keep my phone charged all weekend long.
It was slightly concerning buying a camping jacket with electrical elements, but I've tested this jacket in the rain and it's sufficiently water resistant that I don't worry about it anymore. The battery doesn't get too hot while charging, so I don't have to worry about it overheating either.
I can't believe this is the only jacket I've found with a heater in the cuffs of the sleeves. It seems like such a useful feature that everyone would be providing it, but this is the only one I know of. I've found that the cuff heaters are good enough to keep my hands warm even without gloves most of the time. My wife balls her fists up inside the sleeves, which are long enough to let her do this comfortably.
We have gotten caught out in rain, snow flurries, and wind on several occasions and this heated jacket has always been up to the task.
