If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of your FNDN product send it back within 30 days for a full product refund. Please note that in order to take advantage of this offer; the item must remain in new and unused condition with all of the original packaging. FNDN™ LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY AND GUIDELINES

When you purchase a FNDN product, the heating elements (Radiant-X Core) are warrantied by default for 90-days from date of receipt. Electrical plugs, Connectors, and any solder joints, as well as all materials and craftsmanship are covered by a 90-day warranty from date of receipt also. Batteries and Chargers have a 90-day warranty from date of receipt. Normal wear and tear, and or customer negligence is not covered under the FNDN warranty. In order to avoid negligence, we encourage customers to review the manual and instructions for their product. All warranties are non-transferable and apply solely to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase must be provided if any warranty claim is to be honored. Shipping costs for all warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.  Using other manufacturers’ batteries, accessories, controllers and any other components with your FNDN product will immediately void the warranty. Once a warranty request has been received and approved, you have 7 business days to send in your products for evaluation. Please remember, FNDN reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.

90-DAY WARRANTY ON RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES AND CHARGERS

When you purchase a FNDN product within the United States, the FNDN rechargeable Lithium/NIMH battery packs and chargers are warranted from factory defect for 90 days from the initial receipt. Special care should be taken to prolong the life of your battery. It is important that you charge your battery(ise) regularly and that you maintain at least 25% of your battery power when not in use or left idle. Batteries must only be used with products with an amp rating less than the maximum capacity output rating for the battery. Using other manufacturers’ batteries, accessories, controllers and any other components with your FNDN product will immediately void the warranty. FNDN will repair or replace any battery or charger found under normal use to be defective during the warranty period. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse or improper care. In order to avoid negligence, we encourage customers to review the manual and instructions for their battery. Any negligence on part of the customer will immediately void the warranty. Once a warranty request has been received and approved, you have 7 business days to send in your products for evaluation. 90-DAY WARRANTY ON TEMP CONTROLLERS AND ACCESSORIES

FNDN Temp Controllers and electrical components of Accessories are warranted from factory defect for 90-Days from the date of receipt. Any alteration of the product voids the warranty.  Once a warranty request has been received and approved, you have 7 business days to send in your products for evaluation. Please remember, FNDN reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.

FNDN™ LIMITED WARRANTY RETURN

In the unfortunate event that your FNDN product has become damaged or is no longer working and fits in one of the above categories you can send it back for a warranty review. In order to successfully do this you must first contact FNDN.com to get a valid Return Authorization # (RMA#) and return address. You can email info@FNDN.com to request a Return Authorization #. Once you have this information you will then need to send the item back to us for review. Be sure to include a note that describes the issue that you are having as well as all of your contact info (name, telephone number, email address, return mailing address).

 

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

*Purchases made between Nov 15th and Dec 15th are returnable with original receipt until Jan 15th. For purchases made after Dec 15th, the standard 30-day return policy applies.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Steps

It is important to note that any and all returns/exchanges/warranty shipments sent back to FNDN LLC must have a valid return authorization # (or RMA).  This is generated from the Return Center. These instructions will be emailed to you along with your RMA number.

 1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:

3. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.

 4.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

In order to receive a full refund on items returned, the items(s) have to be returned (i) within 30 days from date of purchase; (ii) with RMA #; (iii) in the original packaging with all included accessories;(iv) in new/unused condition.

  • If you are unable to comply fully with the return policy, unfortunately you may not be entitled to a full refund or any refund.
  • Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or returned.
  • Returns can only be accepted on purchases from www.FNDN.com

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Products marked as "Final Sale" unfortunately cannot be returned for refund. Regular sale items not marked as "Final Sale" are eligible for return/exchange under our normal return policy.
