    In the unfortunate event that your FNDN product has become damaged or is no longer working and fits in one of the above categories you can send it back for a warranty review. In order to successfully do this you must first contact to get a valid Return Authorization # (RMA#) and return address. You can email to request a Return Authorization #. Once you have this information you will then need to send the item back to us for review. Be sure to include a note that describes the issue that you are having as well as all of your contact info (name, telephone number, email address, return mailing address).

     Return Shipping Steps

    It is important to note that any and all returns/exchanges/warranty shipments sent back to FNDN LLC must have a valid return authorization # (or RMA). This is generated from the Returns & Exchanges Center The pre-paid return label and instructions will be emailed to you along with your RMA number.

     1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

    2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:

    3. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.

     4.Shipping costs are non-refundable on refunds.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    In order to receive a full refund on items returned, the items(s) have to be returned (i) within 14 days from date of purchase; (ii) with RMA #; (iii) in the original packaging with all included accessories;(iv) in new/unused condition.
